Shipping Info
All apparel orders are typically printed or stitched in 24 hours.

We use UPS for all orders within the United States, and DHL for international shipping.

Our domestic shipping options are as follows:

7-14 Business Days.

International orders will be shipped via DHL, but only to the countries which they serve.

Upon customer receipt of tracking number from us, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery time of package. If there are delays, please handle with carrier directly but, let us know by emailing 4thKindMovement@gmail.com. We do not guarantee shipping times.

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. Once your apparel is printed or stitched and packed, you will then receive a second email that includes a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status of the package.
Return Policy
We will accept returns and offer exchanges for material quality defects only. Our return policy allows for refunds within 7 days after the shipping carrier delivers your order. After which, we do not offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must materially differ in physical appearance than the digital rendering or stitching, discluding resolution, color, size or brightness issues of your item. Apparel must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. To complete your return, we require original receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, please contact us at 4thKindMovement@gmail.com prior to shipping with order number and photos of the apparel in question. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please use Standard shipping to minimize the shipping costs. Original and return Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we determine that a refund is approved as stated above. We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account, or contact your credit card company as often some processing time is required before your refund is officially posted. If you haven't received your refund in 10 days, please email us at 4thKindMovement@gmail.com.
